BECOME A CERTIFIED VOICEPRINT LEADER
Week 1: O-week
Welcome to the party! In week one you'll learn the Voice Printsables - my philosophy about what it means to lead through voice, meet your fellow Certified Voiceprint Leaders and set yourself up for an unforgettable 8 weeks.
Week 2: Presence
Presence starts long before we speak. In week two you'll discover my BBB Magnetic Voice Formula, reconnect with your purpose and become a pro at answering the common complaint: "But I hate the sound of my voice!"
Week 3: Resonance
Warm-up those vocal cords (I'll teach you how). This week is all about producing a strong resonant, aligned voice. You'll learn speech exercises, voice care techniques and one of my favourite concepts - choosing the right voice for the right moment.
Week 4: Impression
Don't speak to be heard. Speak to be remembered! In week four you'll learn the voice and communication techniques that make people lean in and take action. Includes storytelling frameworks, getting to the point and my signature Tease and Land technique.
Week 5: Nerves
Speaking is easy in peacetime. This week is all about connecting to your voiceprint when the pressure's on and emotions hijack your voice. Includes frameworks and strategies for tricky conversations, difficult questions and the dreaded brain freeze.
Week 6: Transformation
How do you help someone truly find their voice? In week six you'll learn coaching techniques that create lasting behaviour change, including giving feedback, setting boundaries and getting to the core of what's really holding someone back.
Week 7: Project
Choose the assessment that best showcases your voiceprint.
- 10–20-minute video recording of you coaching or facilitating.
- 10–20-minute audio essay on a concept from the course.
- 5 social media face-to-camera videos sharing course learnings.
Week 8: Graduation
Congratulations! Once you've met the assessment criteria, you'll officially become a Certified Voiceprint Leader. We'll celebrate your achievement, answer final questions and explore how to take the Voiceprint Method into your leadership, business and community.
How to graduate as a Certified Voiceprint Leader
To earn your certification, you'll need to:
complete weekly assessments
based on the course content.
Attend as least 6 live calls
Mondays 6-7pm AEST, 19 Oct - 11 Dec.

Choose from a coaching video, audio essay or social media videos.
Certified Voiceprint Leader is designed for people who want to coach others. If your focus is on developing your own confidence and communication first, Soul Speakers may be the better fit.

Meet your Mentor
Hi, I'm Sally Prosser!
Far out... writing this, I realise I've been helping people find their voice for more than 25 years!
Since opening a Speech and Drama studio at just 16 years old, I've been hooked seeing the change in people's lives when they speak with confidence.
Over the years, I've coached hundreds of professionals, business owners, journalists, sports stars and speakers.
I've worked as a TV and radio news reporter, company spokesperson, university tutor, keynote speaker, podcast host and content creator. I've even been on the Tedx stage. This has given me a rare perspective on communication across every medium.
Along the way I've earned qualifications in Speech and Drama, Journalism, Law and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. More importantly, I've spent decades turning those disciplines into practical tools that make a real difference in the way people communicate.
Certified Voiceprint Leader is the culmination of everything I've learned.
